At Creative Catalyst, we believe in the power of collaboration to create meaningful opportunities for young people. We actively foster a network of partner organisations and referral partners across Perth and Kinross—and beyond—to reach those who need extra support and expand the scope of young people’s experience and networks through collaborative projects.

By working with youth services, education providers, mental health services, and creative industries, we ensure young people facing barriers can access our programmes. Our approach not only connects young people with vital opportunities but also models a way of working that celebrates collaboration, shared knowledge, and the strength of creative communities coming together to empower the next generation.

We welcome referrals of young people from individuals and organisations at any time. Please get in touch if you know a young person that may benefit from our service.

Our key funding partners

Income generation

As a social enterprise, we generate income through a mixed economy of various income streams. We sell artwork and products at markets and exhibitions, and run creative workshops and projects for groups.

We also take on professional commissions, including murals and bespoke design work. Alongside this, we receive funding from a range of sources, including:

Referral Process

  1. Fill in our short referral form to register your interest.
  2. We will be in contact to arrange a visit.
  3. Visit Creative Catalyst; this offers a good insight into understanding what we do, and to see if you want to work with us.
  4. We will discuss our programmes and what support we can offer.
